Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Because each Sacred Soul Immersion retreat requires advance bookings, preparation, and practitioner commitments, the following policy applies to all registrations:

 

Deposit

•A $500 deposit is required to reserve your space.

•Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Refund Schedule

•90+ days before retreat: Refund of any amount paid minus the $500 deposit.

•60–89 days before retreat: 50% refund of amount paid minus the $500 deposit.

•45–59 days before retreat: 25% refund of amount paid minus the $500 deposit.

•44 days or less: No refunds — all payments are final.

 

Transfers + Substitutions
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant you select, pending approval.

 

Retreat Cancellation by Hosts
In the rare event Sacred Soul Immersions must cancel:

You will receive a full refund of all payments made.

We are not responsible for travel costs, airfare, or additional expenses.

 

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
