By registering for Sacred Soul Immersions, you agree to the following:

Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, well-being, decisions, and participation throughout the retreat. All practices are optional, and you may choose to rest at any time.

Health Disclosure

Please inform retreat hosts of any limitations, allergies, or relevant medical concerns. This retreat does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Photography & Media

Retreat photographers and hosts may take photos during sessions.

•Photos may be used for marketing, unless you opt out in writing.

•Participants must sign a media release before the retreat begins.

•Practitioners retain rights to their personal portfolios; hosts retain full ownership for retreat marketing.​

Conduct & Respect

Sacred Soul Immersions is a safe, inclusive healing space. Harmful behavior, harassment, or disruption will not be tolerated, and participants may be asked to leave without refund.

 

Liability Release

By attending, you release the hosts, practitioners, and property owners from liability related to:

•Injury

•Illness

•Loss of property

•Emotional distress

•Accidents or travel delays

You attend at your own discretion and assume responsibility for your well-being.

 

Payments

All payments must be made on time to keep your reservation active. Payment plans are available.
